SAN JOSE FLEA MARKET

I went to the San Jose Flea Market today... I spent my day eating churros and fresh fruta, buying some cool stuff, and walking in the heat for hours cuz that place is huge. Some cool things I saw:

My favorite booth at the flea market is called "Time Warp" and they have the best collection of Cholo memorabilia. I'm like a little girl in a candy store when I'm there. They have the biggest collection of Oldies, and freestyle music it seriously makes my head spin. They also have dope Chicano art, books, and movies. If you're ever at the San Jose Flea Market make sure to stop by and say hi, they're really cool folks.

I love this Lowrider bike booth. They got a all kinds of bike parts and accessories, as well as already built bikes. I wish a had one... I think building one might be one of my future projects.

There were a bunch of booths selling t-shits with clever paisa/chicano/pop sayings and graphics. Here are a few that caught my eye and cracked me up a bit.

This other booth had all the latest cholo apparel hahaha. I don't know why I have a weak spot for cholos wearing Charlie Browns (pictured above) they always get me, damn it!

They had row after row of shelves packed with Ben Davis and Dickies pants and shorts. I don't wear the pants anymore cuz I'm trying to be more lady like and wear dresses and shit, but I did buy a dope Dickies jacket for the winter.

MMMMMmmmmm Delicioso... Candy booths are the best, I love buying obleas con cajeta, chilito lucas, and dulces de tamarindo... Fuck yeah, today was a good day!
